Step 1: Apply with Michael Lawhorn of the DOH to attend the ACT classes (application)
Step 2: Once approved, register with FOWA by emailing Brit with your full contact information 

Step 1: Attend the ACT Classes (Master I, II & III) and pass each test with a 70% or better
Step 2: Attend the Master IV – Low Pressure Dosing class and pass the test with a 70% or better
Step 3: Register for the Master exam with the DEP (application and information)
*you must be a registered septic contractor or CFC Plumber in good standing for 3 years to be eligible for a Master license

Step 2: Email us a letter from the PE whose license you will be working under (this letter must be on company letterhead, state your name and which engineer will be responsible for you, and be signed and stamped by the P.E.)
