OSTDS Accelerated Certification Training

of a licensed professional engineer
that has passed all parts of the
OSTDS Accelerated Certification Training.

Ways to become a Private Provider:

Step 1: Apply with Michael Lawhorn of the DOH to attend the ACT classes (application)
Step 2: Once approved, register with FOWA by emailing Brit with your full contact information 

Step 1: Attend the ACT Classes (Master I, II & III) and pass each test with a 70% or better
Step 2: Attend the Master IV – Low Pressure Dosing class and pass the test with a 70% or better
Step 3: Register for the Master exam with the DEP (application and information)
*you must be a registered septic contractor or CFC Plumber in good standing for 3 years to be eligible for a Master license
